Built by NIR Labs

In 2025, we started Remitae with the simple goal of helping freelancers and small service businesses stay on top of unpaid invoices without relying on memory, spreadsheets, or awkward manual follow-ups.

As we spent more time looking at how small businesses actually manage cash flow, it became obvious that invoicing is rarely the hard part. The real problem is the repetitive follow-up work after the invoice is sent, when payment slips and somebody has to keep chasing.

Remitae exists to handle that part properly. Today, NIR Labs is focused on building calm, practical software that removes admin friction, and Remitae is the first step in that direction: clear reminder workflows, professional communication, and less manual chasing for businesses that just want to get paid on time.

We treat invoice and client data as sensitive by default.
