How does Remitae connect to Xero?

Remitae uses Xero's official OAuth2 API to securely connect to your account. You authorize access through Xero's login page, and we can then read your invoice data. We never see your Xero password.

Will Remitae modify my Xero invoices?

No. Remitae only reads invoice data from Xero to track what needs reminders. All invoice management stays in Xero. We simply send reminder emails separately.

How does payment sync work?

Remitae periodically checks Xero for payment updates. When an invoice is marked paid in Xero, we automatically stop any pending reminders for that invoice.

Can I choose which invoices to track?

Yes! After connecting, you can select specific invoices to import, filter by date range, or choose to track all outstanding invoices automatically.
